Dubai Creek

An unexpected bit of free time this evening enabled me to stop by at fav beauty spot in my town - The Creek. This is just a glimpse of one end of it... Dubai was built around this water inlet which is actually tidal!

When I worked as a tour guide (yes, I've done that job too) my favourite part of the tour was taking my guests on a 20 min boat ride whilst I talked them through the history. Some days, I got to do it twice a day!! Lucky me! :)
