Sourdough

Thanks to the lovely Kathryn i got to make sourdough courtesy of her starter mix..
sadly i did loose some in the inside of my bag, but it worked pretty darn well for a first time..
a bit flat~but who cares..
we didnt!
tasted great with gorgeous green tasting olive oil and balsamic vinegar, olives tomatoes parma and the like..

Steve takes the claim for this bread..he did the hard work~ i read out the recipe..
