To the left of the picture there are groups of casual workers awaiting jobs as manual loaders, during the morning a truck arrived and they hand -balled bags of grain from a mountain of it on the dockside ,filling the truck in about half an hour--the days work seemingly completed with no noticeable change in the size of the mountain.
