Sunday Lunch

One of the best things about a visit to Manchester is the existence of the "country pub."

A Sunday afternoon is now not complete without a visit to one where I stock up with a large and long Lunch before heading to the station to travel back North.

I'm putting the success of these places down to the fact that, unlike in Scotland, the weather allows the beer gardens to be used more than about 3 times a year.
