The Pendulum of Life

This is my one year anniversary, daily blips since I started. I wish there studies proving that a blip a day made you live longer or healthier. But I will have to content myself with the accomplishment of keeping a journal every day, which is something I've aimed to do, but never succeeded.

I have a feeling I will go on relentlessly, because I am afraid that if I miss one day the whole enterprise will fall apart. I have made some new friends on blip and I have appreciated the positive comments of everyone, but the best part for me has been the glimpses into lives of folks in other countries. That has been fascinating.

This is the pendulum over my head, in the convention center where I went to a "Gathering of the Guilds" - ceramics, weaving, glass, jewelry, wood working and metal working- artisans selling their wares. It's free to get in and still going on tomorrow. Wonderful variety and quality. I got away with only a glass bracelet.
