Home made Pasta
Cooking is a passion for me.
Especially the Italian kitchen, every region in this country has it's own way to make different kinds of recipes, so the variety is so big that you can keep discovering new ways to make a dish.
I'm a cook who doesn't follow recipes exactly, but I usually take parts of it and give it my own twist and put in or ad other ingredients.
Today I made a really delicious home made Tagliatelle with a sauce of meat with crushed tomatoes, Onion, garlic, eggplant, red paprika, fresh 4-seasons pepper, italian herbs,cream and red pesto.
I allready tasted it and it's yummie quality.
