Blue Haze

This afternoon, with trainers on my feet and a camera around my neck, I walked to the Bluebell Wood with Mum to admire the carpet of blue that now covers the forest floor.

We also took a trip to Longacres, easily one of my top-five favourite 'shops', if I can call it that. Longacres started life as a garden centre but has now expanded to include a beautiful indoor section selling candles, ornaments, cushions, decorations, books, wine, freshly baked breads, cheese, deli meat, cakes, sweets.... The list is endless.

It's the sort of place that makes me long for a world where money grows on trees and calories are a long-forgotten nightmare.

*sigh*
