Pomegranate
After a couple of nights on ready meals ( please don't judge!) I have popped to Waitrose and here is my brief nod to a super-food. Brimming with vitamins A, C, E and iron, it has been said that the juice of this fruit contains the highest antioxidant capacity compared to other juices, red wine and green tea and can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Not sure of the nutritional value when you fiddle around with it on a light box and demolish biscuits to keep you going...
