Home again.

After the weekend activities in Poland I've now returned home but appear to have damaged my rib cage when Karting. I'm now struggling to move and whilst I'm pretty confident I've not broken anything I don't think I'll be doing anything strenuous for the next few days.

Off work tomorrow though but that?s probably just as well the way I?m feeling.
