Intense disappointment

..with the weather :(

This was taken about 5 minutes before it started sleeting.

It was a great party (see backblip for yesterday), then a lovely night's sleep. Beautiful, quirky location. Only slight fly in the ointment was that I discovered that my waterproof jacket was not any more. Waterproof.

This meant we decided to head home pretty quickly after breakfast, so no walk in the woods to explore the network of trails...however, on the journey back we did see an osprey about to go fishing in the River Clyde!

Having kippered ourselves at the hog-roast last night, and with M sneezing and fighting off a cold, we have had to excuse ourselves from attending Shandonner's 6 months anniversary get together :( Sorry guys, all partied out...
