Grungy residence

Long hard day at work made me drive the car today - stopped at my favo nearby seaside where these strange bungalows are built, or rather are being built. There always seem to be something new in the site, yet I have never seen anyone there!

It would surprise me a lot if these residences are built with a building permision! Either way, I love them!
