Cod fish pie!

Teatime, and a jambalaya recipe. We didn't bother with prawns or the like, as chicken and chorizo are good enough. Unfortunately, we tried a new chorizo brand found at Tesco, Chorizo Bites - Totally Tasteless, more like. Happily, spices and - let's be honest! - the sheer cooking skill of EdiSteve, made for a tasty meal regardless.

Oh, and Tabasco. Thank the stars for Tabasco.
