Totally in tune.

I recently took up yoga after finding a fantastic teacher. What had appeared to be developing into a chronic back condition is gradually disappearing. Helen my teacher is my hero and I wanted to send her a card. I found this one by chance at the oyster bar at Loch Fyne and just loved it. Helen is also a qualified masseuse and I took Dileas along once when having a massage. He wasn't too sure about what was going on and although he lay quietly most of the time he occasionally would come and nose me just to make sure I wasn't dead! This picture shows us both in perfect harmony me learning from his dog pose.
