Suspended in mid-air

This is one of those flies that tends to dart rapidly about then hang in mid-air. The autofocus is hopeless as they are too small and too far away for the focus to lock onto. Manual focus with my eyesight is a a hit and miss affair, but I was reasonably pleased with this one. I shall keep trying for the perfect shot.
