The joys of being/having a five year old...
Feeling much better now with the help of THIS little man.
My darling Master Five Year Old had a curriculum day, so we had a nice mum and boy day, which started last night with a Doctor Who marathon. In hindsight, perhaps not my finest idea. I crashed out before he did, and I was greeted at 7am by a mini Dalek with blonde hair, saying "EXTERMINATE" randomly for many hours. But, it was very cute.
Much of the day was spent being rugged up inside watching DVDs (yes, more Doctor Who - way to go Katherine, fighting fire with fire) and eating junk, as I am still quite sore from the car accident on the way home from the gig on my birthday. (Yes, I will get that seen to tomorrow if I am not feeling any better)
Had to duck out to the shops to let Master Five Year Old get some of his energy out. He was doing this for about 10 minutes, shrieking with excitement every time he jumped. So I had to get a photo. He's so full of joy, my boy.
Though, he is missing Bella now. I'm sure there will be a teary/loved-up reunion in the morning. Hahah.
