Two Old Friends

This is quite a sad blip ... here we have Clancy the dog and Scamp the cat.

Clancy is getting older but Scamp is now over 20 years old. She is so thin although she eats and eats. She is almost blind and deaf and I've been told she has dementia. She has no idea where she is most of the time but still seems quite content. She wails a lot and neighbours and people on the phone think I have a baby in the house.

I have been advised to take her to the Vet and have her put to sleep but I find this decision very, very hard. Sometimes when she struggles with life I think I should but then when I wrap her in a towel for security and cuddle her, she purrs like her old self... Lovely old Scamp.
