*don't* waste please

i was wandering around downtown saratoga today, and i randomly noted that the garbage bins around town have "WASTE PLEASE" written across them. I thought it seemed silly, but apparently someone had noticed the same thing a bit further down the street, and returned or possibly just turned on the can & wrote in ^DON'T above the phrase. i couldnt help but giggle & take a picture.

today was just a randomly good day, considering my current problems. but the sun shower was perfect, walking around downtown & seeing my city in all its autumnal grace and beauty. and things are looking up, i've been offered help finding a job in boston & i now have somewhere to live when i take that step.

today was a long day. but tonight was a good night, so it was all worth it.
