Week 2 of heading to the gym straight from work - but I may have over done it...

Headed in to Glasgow after the gym for dinner with P - was good to catch up and the steak was good too!

But the walk back to the car wasn't so good - my knee decided to fall out with me for making it run on the treadmill earlier
