Egg free chocolate cake

Work this morning then I met the boys at the park for some bank holiday mini golf then basketball fun then home.
When we got home Andrew said he wanted a snack so I offered to make rock buns and he decided we should each cook a treat for one another. So he skimmed my special recipe book and chose to make an egg free chocolate cake for me - which he did almost entirely without any help. It's in the oven and smells great and if the mix is anything to go by it'll taste brill too.

He really enjoys baking and look how much he suits even my ugliest apron!
