Everyday I Write The Book

By Eyecatching

The remains of the day

The sun actually came out late in the afternoon so we drove over to Brookwood Cemetery and spent an hour wandering the military graves and memorials. Very poignant. Put a stone on every Jewish grave we found (it's a multi-faith cemetery). It's a beautiful, serene place and a fitting tribute to those who are remembered there (not just soldiers but red cross workers and others).

My back was much better today but I'm feeling tired after an uncomfortable night. Had friends over for tea and cake and popped out to buy another blu-ray player. We've become addicted to the picture quality.

Other than that a quiet end to a quiet weekend ... Now just need to get ourselves physically and psychologically in the right place for the events to come at the end of this week ...
