Wivenhoe Woods

Well busy day today, started off doing the garden and tidying up. Planted sine wild flowers in the bed, and put up a bird hose and squirrel feeder.

I then went out with a friend on the hunt for bluebells. We went to Beth Chatto but they were a bit space. However, with a little help from my friends where to go, I found carpets of them in Wivenhoe Woods. I did not even know the woods existed until this afternoon.

We then went to Brightlingsea for a walk and fish and chips, then home and a few more chores before sitting down.

How nice it was to see some sun today, although it did rain while we were out and about hunting for the carpet of bluebells.
