Wide eyed

A frustrating day, on the whole. Broadband's down at work again, so haven't been able to see any blips today.

Plus there were the joys of going for a check-up at the Eye Pavilion. Can you read this? Can you read that? Look up, look left, look right ... and then there are the pupil-dilating eye drops. After which, on a day like today, you emerge mole-like, squinting in the sunlight. Lovely.

Still, going to the clinic meant getting home early, so I did get to see Andy and Matt at their karate class, which was a treat.

Off for a few beers now. Better try not to get legless, too...
