The Hunter S. bar in Islington. So trendy it's like being in a copy of Cheekbone Magazine. I'm not sure what the real Hunter S would have had to say about this place, with its on-trend taxidermy, shiny surfaces, knowingly mismatched furniture, and its cast of squawking hairdos.
