Emergency!

The full range of weather in a two hour period - from sun through drizzle to hailstones so large you struggle to hear anything but the noise of them beating off the roof. Followed soon after by the mother of all migranes, and two solpadine!

So Monkey Boy resorted to the fun of some outstanding birthday Lego. I'm just glad it's not houses to be made up. I want to keep him as far away from that lark as possible!

As for the B&W, I was reading how railway and shipping companies used to use special grey liveries for publicity photographs, claiming the greys made it easier to distinguish the actual shapes, rather than being distracted by colour. I've put up the original here if you want to do a quick A/B test...
