Build It And They Will Come

Our house is the only one on the street. The joke around the Jordan's is that we "own the street". Not for much longer. Our builder just began construction on a house next to ours. They call this a "spec" house and the hope is that if they build it someone will come and buy it. Not a bad strategy considering our house was a spec house and we bought it.

We hope the new neighbors are nice because the house is soooo close! We knew they would be a short distance apart, but now reality is setting in.

Build it and they will come!
