community meeting disturbance

Today, we had a big community meeting. About 300 people showed up!!
Unfortunately, this slum does not have a public space that is suitable for large community meetings. Therefor this meeting took place on the one road that crosses the area.
The picture showes one of the mayor disadvantages of organizing a meeting in the middle of the road...
After the meeting we got stuck in a monstertrafficjam, it took is 3 hours to drive home; partially in enormous rains.
