Zebedee is ill

Zebedee suddenly got a headache, temperature and started to feel dizzy last night, this morning he was no better, he has spent the whole day in bed feeling dreadful, he says he has never felt so weird, the room is spinning and he is very hot, for such an active and noisy boy it's very odd to see him so subdued, I hope it doesn't last too long.

I had a good walk with Emma and did some photos with Max. Have also been to hospital for physio on my shoulder and have been given some exercises to do over the next 2 weeks, hope they help!
