Healthy but costly

I love the Slimming World eating plan but it costs a fortune in fruit, this was my shop today and it cost £15.42, this won't last the week and I will be topping it up again on Friday.

I went for a run again this morning I ran the same route as last week and managed to knock 3 mins off my time.

My blip today was going to be my fireplace especially for Beachball.
As I have said in my biography I am very house proud bordering on obsessive sometimes, I'm not as bad as I used to be as Beachball found out last night.
Her first comment as she got out of the car was about the weeds growing between my flags. She wrote her name in the dust on my hearth, and is so HAPPY that after knowing me for at least 15 yrs that she has finally realised that I am not super human after all.
If she came today it would be a different story as I have spent the day cleaning.
