Oot and aboot.

Managed to avoid the rain and went for a 31 mile cycle through East Lothian with Jenny, this is part of the old railway and now a cycle path, not far from my home-village of Pencaitland :)

Unfortunately I really should have eaten more than just a chunk of rocky road when we stopped at a wee cafe in Longniddry, as my thighs were in agony by the time we got back to Musselburgh!
