Pub No 4 1/2

I think this was Paddy's Bar originally, then Alloa breweries made it The Fling & Firkin with a series of pubs they called -------- & Firkin, it then became The saltire. Now it is called The Black Rose, where the theme is music, and I see by the sign outside that they have "open mike" at 9pm. I always think that is better than Karaoke.
I have never been in here since it was Paddy's so can't say how good/bad it is. (why don't you let me know?)
