Apartment 56

Back down to Bristol today for a shortened week after the bank holiday. A consequence of not being here on Monday is that I didn't get my usual apartment 49. If I had known I wouldn't get 56 then I would have requested a studio apartment.

I got into work at just after 11am, the earliest yet, thanks to everything being on time. Then at noon, Chris came round and suggested we all go to the pub for lunch as it was Andy's last day. It was then difficult to get going productive work in the afternoon.

I met up for a drink with Sam after work in the Radisson bar. It was good to catch up. We were in the same team at Standard Life when he joined and he's now doing very well at PwC.
