Super moon over Paremata
Another contribution to the blips showing the super moon.
It was wonderful to see, and to enjoy the strong moonlight that lit up the world.
But interesting with all the publicity about this super moon that I do not recall every hearing about this before. Yet it is a regular astronomical occurrence. A quick check of wikipedia tells me the phrase was not coined until 1979 - by an astrologer. Astronomers use the term "perigee' moon. In case you were interested.
