To surf of not to surf

Today on Cottesloe Beach the wind and rain caused many a swimmer and surfer to question the merit of hitting the water.

This trio of young surfers watched and thought for a long while before they decided not to brave the wind, rain and rough seas.

From the comfort of the balcony of the beachside coffee shop and with a black coffee in hand...I agreed with their decision.
