Bounce back

Ellie's school is focussing a lot on the children being able to "Bounce Back" from their problems and worries, and they have this little poster up on the walls in the school. I am sure that we adults could do with remembering some of these from time to time too, not just the children. And I have learnt a new word today - catastrophising. I think I will just slip that into conversation tomorrow over breakfast - "Anna stop catastrophising over your cereal."
