Yatsuhashi

These "Yatsuhashi" that I took a photo is produced by Tsujiri. The "Yatsuhashi" is a sweets that dough like mochi wrapped around red bean paste. It is one of the most popular sweets in Kyoto. Tsujiri is a traditional teahouse that was established in 1860. The "Yatsuhashi" were really delicious. The harmony between the bitter taste of green tea and the sweet taste of red bean paste was great. You should try to eat them sometime.
