Use rear entrance

I had to brief my direct and indirect reports today of the pending reorganisation of our section of the company. Its not one of the most enjoyable things I've had to do but to my surprise it was taken well and there wasn't a lot of questions asked. I think they apriciated that I'm keeping them in loop as other re-orgs they have gone through they were left in the dark.

My pic today was sent to me by a friend. When I received it I was laughing my nads off. Now the person who commissioned these signs on behalf of the NHS either has a very dry and funny sence of humour or is thick as 2 short planks. Either way it is one funny sign.
