One Hundred Thousand!

I have just exceeded one hundred thousand views of my pictures! WOW!! I am so chuffed that so many people looked at my pics so many times to achieve this. Although my career has taken a turn, it will always be around food, and i will always carry on blipping! So thank you all very much for your clicks!

This picture is poached lemon sole on a herb potato cake with purple sprouting broccoli, savoy cabbage and asparagus veloute. The students do well. Tomorrow we have our last restaurant service of the year.
