Departing

I went to a reception for Europe Day in the Signet Library after work, organised by the European Commission office in Edinburgh. It was partly to mark the departure of the Head of Office - this man, Neil Mitchison - and the arrival of a new Head of Office. Edinburgh establishment was out in force, and the canapés and red wine were in abundance.

Other than this I have to say that for various reasons I'm not in a position to expose on Blipfoto, it was a bit of a rubbish day.
