Racing the rain

Coming down into Sanquhar on Sunday afternoon, we could see the rain ahead of us, and knew it was being blown in our direction. Sadly, aching as we were from Saturday's 20 miles, the downhill walk into town had to be taken slowly and we were caught in the icy rain for 10 minutes before we could get to "A' the Airts", the arts centre and cafe.
