Boathouse Maroochy River

Rushing to beat the failing light, I noticed this boathouse (one of three or four) and thought they would be good.

Failed to notice the sand quickly changes to mud (still wearing favourite purple leather work shoes) and ended up ankle deep in it. When you are composing you should check your surroundings better! Would need waders for the shot I wanted.

Not happy with the shadowing of trees from the street light on the bank, but great location for properly timed shoot.
