A bit of rough

A delighful morning walk with the dog walkers, Juno played then just kept to herself, searching for scents.

Work was a oatcake of openness.

Managed to get eco daughter a physio appointment. A lovely lady thoroughly checked over the knee and turns out to be just a soft tissue injury. So some treatment and excercises and a relieved eco daughter. It is still very sore and the muscle is deeply brusied.

Stayed late at work as we discovered a wee problem with some of my code. Ran to football and got there just in time.

We had a warm up full of fun and challenges followed by a good session with our coach coordinator attacking with width and depth.

I am ment to be sea kayaking tomorrow, we are heading to the canal to work on strokes and skills and check the weather for the next couple of days.
