Breakfast......
for me is often porridge and I like to have dried fruit with it, particularly dried apricots and cranberries...... and it counts as one of my five-a-day. So I get well set up in the morning...... and if I am stuck later on I can always have a glass of red wine (well it is fruit, after all) :-)
Miserable very wet day today, better to stay home!!!
