Spinach Risotto

I arrived home tonight soaked through, so warming comfort food was required - hence the best of them all - risotto.

Never tried spinach before but worked a treat with peas and a touch of nutmeg.

Definitely a new supper on the menu

We were supposed to go to the theatre tonight but both of us didn't feel like getting changed again so it was pyjamas on by 6 o'clock and fully 'cosyfied' by seven feeling like we're back in the depths of winter.
