Propaganda

I spotted this plaque round the corner from Blipcentral. It's a strange and crude piece of early 20th century anti-German propaganda. It's around 12 feet long and depicts German troops, killing babies and women during the invasion of the Low Countries in 1914.

The Valour of German Culture


I wonder how it managed to survive for so long and if it's protected?

Talk about being politically incorrect.
