new flag?

y'know I've probably run past this flag loads of times but only just noticed it tonight...it's at the bottom of the by-pass...has it been there long or is it new?

I got soaked but ran a longer route...it was good in a freezing kind of way.

now nursing a poorly pegs...poor wee toot has been sick since she got home from school. day off tomorrow I think.
