Food, Friends & First Picket

Busy day today; first ever picket - smiling, handing out leaflets, sharing the issues & listening to people - enjoyed but my feet are killing me! Anyway that was after being woken by Mrs Goose & Mr Gander honking away; I guessed the goslings must've hatched and they have all five fluffy bundles currently still about 4ft above the river which is currently running hard; hope they stay on the wall until the river slows down.
Baked this roulade for the "party" at Slimming World group this evening - it went down a storm. It's such a lovely group and I've met some wonderful people who have become friends. Today I recognise how blessed I am.
