Chit Chat

Another day yet another coffee morning - this is the second and the third to come on Saturday! This is a regular event on a Thursday morning in the village. We have a five week rota when we bake and serve teas and coffee. Its a great opportunity to catch up with friends and neighbours in the village and hear all the goings on! I was on duty with my good friend Mrs P which is always a great pleasure.

I baked cheese scones this morning and although I say it myself they seemed to go down well .....none to take home! I'll bake another batch for LargoLad soon.

The rain poured endlessly today but despite that Jess and Molly took me to the beach and although we were "well drookit" we had a great time.
