Cake of the month - Devon Split

This month's cake of the month is the Devon Split from Oddies. It's a cakey bread roll, split down the middle and filled with fresh cream and a bit of jam, and finished off with a sprinkling of chopped nuts and a dusting of icing sugar. Mmmmmmm. It's delicious, but a bit naughty so we only tend to have them now and again.
