Ready for a Morning's Work
Painting yellow flowers really is my personal nemesis. Getting the colour right can be difficult and shadows appear in shades of mauve. Yikes!
On my latest composition of wildflowers I am tackling a Hypericum, more commonly known as Tutsan. They have fabulous leaves and gorgeous red stems but then there are those yellow flowers. Ah well, let the games begin.
