Applesause

A friend gave us some apples and Missy Ann wasted no time in getting them into jars. The appplesause is in the taller jars on the left and the shorter ones contain applebutter. I didn't get to taste the applesause yet but the applebutter is wonderful. Dark, rich, and just enough tang to wake your toast in the morning. Perfect!
